How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you order a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our shop techs to professionally assemble and grip your board before dispatch.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or skated, it cannot be returned. All hardware must be in its original shrink-wrap.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Olympia Skate Shop ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7 to 14 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, wider decks (8.25"+) are better for transition and bowls, while narrower decks (7.75" - 8.0") are preferred for technical street skating. Check our online Size Guide for more details.
